Your First Visit
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early and take time to complete a New Patient form. You can also download this form below, complete it and bring it with you to your visit.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a dental exam. Your exam will typically include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

Direct Billing to Insurance
We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.
Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.
Payment Methods
Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility, and must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by debit or most major credit cards.

Yes, we have free on-site underground parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit, with a bus stop right out front.
